Disclaimer
- Never place a loaded handgun in a holster without first testing in an unloaded condition. Our holsters are designed to fit factory equipped guns. Any modifications made to the handgun may cause an improper fit and could potentially lead to the gun discharging in the holster. All of our holsters are designed to function safely when used properly with the firearm intended for that holster.
- Firearms should be re-holstered while the holster is not being worn. Alameda Holsters will not be held liable or legally responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained from the misuse of our holster while being worn or not.
- Do not alter your holster in any way. Holsters are made to fit one specific gun, and the tolerances achieved through the forming process we use makes this even more apparent. Any modifications to the holster by a customer could lead to a potentially unsafe condition with the holster.
- It is the customers responsibility to do a daily check of the condition of their holster, including the integrity of the body of the holster and the condition and quality of the hardware, belt loops, belt clips, and snaps. Using a holster with unsafe belt attachments can lead to damage to your firearm and serious injury.
- You must be certain that your firearm is securely seated in the holster each time you holster your firearm and before removing your hand from the grip. Firearms must fit snugly into the holster to guard against accidental loss or damage to the firearm. Always keep your finger off the trigger or trigger guard while drawing or holstering your firearm.
- Most of our products come with adjustable retention. Any retention set at our shop is “standard set”. Additional changes to the retention may be needed by the customer to fit their specific likes and needs.
- Under no circumstances should Alameda Holsters be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of property, commercial loss, and loss of earnings or profits. Mission
I don't want to be the big holster company that makes a holster for every gun, light, and laser combination. I want to make holsters for a few guns, consisting of my own holster designs that I have perfected, and focus on my own niche. I can't sell holsters to people and ask them to pay their hard earned money and trust their lives to a holster if I am not willing to trust my own life to that same exact holster. Frankly, there are a lot of Kydex holsters out there being made, that I would never carry...much less trust my life to. -B.L.T.
