KYDEX® is a line of thermoplastic acrylic-polyvinyl chloride alloy sheet grades. It is frequently used as an alternative to leather in the production of firearm holsters and sheaths for knives. It is moisture, mildew, chemical and wear resistant. KYDEX® Thermoplastic Sheet is a registered trademark of Kydex, LLC. 

HOLSTEX® Thermoform Sheet is the latest breakthrough in DIY holster making material. It is designed for small to medium-scale heat forming and is a revolutionary step forward for professional sheath and holster makers. The HOLSTEX® sheet colors and texture finishes were created to offer holster and sheath maker's maximum appeal and usability in their holster designs. Offering industry standard scratch resistance and uniform dual-side texture coverage, HOLSTEX® sheet is available in 20 colors and 4 textures that are both unique and exclusive to this holster making material product line.

BOLTARON® is a KYDEX®/HOLSTEX® alternative thermoform sheet. Boltaron® sheet material is used to make press and vacuum-form items like knife sheaths and gun holsters. This thermoformed sheet material will produce professional grade molded items of almost any size and shape. It is commonly used where an alternative to KYDEX® thermoform sheet or HOLSTEX® premium holster making sheet is desired. It molds and forms virtually identical to other thermoform sheet materials and has an excellent performance in most holster making applications.

All of our products can be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.  All refunds are issued in the original form of payment, only after we receive the product in the condition stated below.  The refund will be in the amount of the sale price and sales tax if applicable.  Shipping charge will not be refunded.  After we receive your return request, we expect the item to be shipped within 2-4 days.  The charges resulting from returning a product are solely the buyers responsibility.  The products must be returned with all of their original parts and in like new condition.  Once the product is received, any orders paid with credit card should expect a refund within 7 days of our receiving the product and only on the original card used to purchase the product. If the payment was made through PayPal, we will reverse the charge once the product is received.

Alameda Holsters products carry a Lifetime Guarantee.  We have confidence in the quality of our materials and if you have a problem with our product, let us know and we will address the issue immediately whether it's replacing hardware, repairing the product or a full replacement.  Each situation will be assessed based on specific issues.

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
