Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Alameda Custom Holsters ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands) as well as Australia and Canada. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Most of our products incur a standard shipping fee, however, certain products will qualify as "No Shipping Charge" or "Shipping included" at the sole discretion of Alameda Custom Holsters.

Return Policy

All of our products can be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment, only after we receive the product in the condition stated below.

The refund will be in the amount of the sale price and sales tax if applicable.  Shipping charge will not be refunded.  

After we receive your return request, we expect the item to be shipped within 2-4 days.  The charges resulting from returning a product are solely the buyers responsibility.

The products must be returned with all of their original parts and in like new condition.  
Once the product is received, any orders paid with credit card should expect a refund within 7 days of our receiving the product and only on the original card used to purchase the product.

If the payment was made through PayPal, we will reverse the charge once the product is received.
